Custom Mouse Pad Photo & Artwork Requirements
Everything you need for a crisp, edge-to-edge print. From file types, sizes, and the templates to design on, we have you coverd. And if something's not quite right, a real person will catch it before we print.
Templates
Each one is built at the exact size, with the trim and safe lines marked. Design inside them and your file will fit perfectly. Not a designer? The Canva links open in your browser.
Please ensure your artwork runs all the way to the edge of the template (over the red bleed line).
If using Canva, be sure to create a copy of the template file once the link opens (File -> Make A Copy). You will not be able to edit the original template.
Rules
What We Won't Print
- No nudity or sexually explicit images. Any orders with inappropriate imagery will be refunded immediately.
- Company or brand logos you don't own. Unless it's your business, we can't print it without permission.
- Sports teams, leagues, and college logos. These are trademarked and off-limits.
- Characters from games, movies, or TV. Fan art of copyrighted characters counts too.
- Another artist's work. If you didn't make it and don't have the rights, we can't use it.
- Anything hateful, obscene, or harassing. No content that defames or targets a person, group, race, or religion.
What happens after you upload
The part most print shops skip. Here's exactly how we handle your photo.
Not a script. We make sure your file holds up at the size you picked, and email you if the crop or resolution needs a fix. Nothing gets printed and hoped for.
We keep your photo for a month in case there's an issue with your order. After that, it's permanently removed from our systems.
Your photo won't appear in our marketing, on our site, or anywhere else unless you've given us written permission.
